This Privacy Policy describes how SkyFire LLC ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Beer League Hockey mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect & How We Use It
1.1 Account & Identity Information
We collect the following information to support account creation, identify and legal requirement verification and to facilitate communication within the team and support App communication with you.
First and last name
Email address
Mobile phone number
A unique account identifier provided by our authentication provider (Clerk)

1.2 Hockey Profile Information
We collect hockey profile information to support the manager in execution of manager responsibilities. Maintaining an active USA Hockey membership is usually a league participation requirement and the manager must submit the roster membership to the league for verification. Jersey data is utilized to organize team orders.

1.3 Performance & Game Data
We collect game data to support manager roster planning and make statistics available for the team.
Goals scored and games played
RSVP attendance status and any optional attendance note you provide
1.4 Payment Coordination Information
We collect your Venmo username (optional, not required) to facilitate payment coordination between teammates. No payments are processed via the application. The username is simply linked to the Venmo application to facilitate payments.
1.5 Communications & User-Generated Content
Chat communications are collected to enable delivery of messages to intended recipients, and to support content moderation. Uploaded images are stored in cloud object storage and are accessible to anyone with the direct link. Do not upload images containing sensitive personal information.

1.6 Safety & Moderation Data
We collect Safety and Moderation records for audit purposes; to ensure the Zero Tolerance Policy is enforced per legal requirements; protecting users from abusive content.

Reports you submit against other users or messages, which may include the text content of the reported message and the name of the user
1.7 Device & Technical Information
Your device’s push notification token is unique to your device and is used solely to send you in-app notifications.
2. How We Share Your Information
2.1 With your teammates: Your name, position, jersey information, stats, RSVP status, and messages are visible to other members of your team.
2.2 With moderation staff: Reports and associated message content are reviewed by SkyFire LLC's moderation team.
2.3 With service providers: We share data with the following third-party service providers solely to operate the App. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
Clerk (clerk.com): Name, email and account metadata is shared to support user authentication and account management.
Replit / Google Cloud Storage: Images uploaded to chat are stored in the cloud.
3. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your user record and team memberships are permanently deleted from our database. Chat messages you have sent may remain visible to other participants for a brief period during processing.
Uploaded media (chat images) may persist in cloud storage for a period after account deletion. To request expedited removal of specific media, contact us at the address in Section 9.
4. Your Rights & Choices
At any time, you may:
Access or update your profile information within the App's Account Settings.
Delete your account via the Account Settings menu, which permanently removes your personal data from our systems.
Block users to prevent their messages from appearing in your chats.
Disable push notifications through your device's operating system settings.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. To submit a CCPA request, contact us at the address in Section 9.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is intended solely for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their information promptly.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet or mobile application transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the version number and date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
